Orders of $25 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Shipping in the U.S. excluded Alsaka and Hawaii. With free shipping, your order is delivered five to eight days after all your items are available to ship.
Canceling items or changing your shipping address or preference might effect your order’s free shipping eligibility.
If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be charged onto of the product cost.

return & exchange policy
Thai Herbal Center will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items can’t be returned or exchange after 30 days from the receipt of original order.
